The pneumatic system facilitates stone picking and placing using nozzles and air circuits. Precise airflow regulation through electromagnetic valves and sensors ensures accurate positioning. This enables reliable suction during pickup and controlled release at designated placement points.

Designed for wax stone setting, it has 8 nozzles in total and can be operated by one or two people. The stone setting efficiency is about 24,000 stones per hour.

Suitable for the stone setting process of imitation jewelry. Equipped with eight nozzles and eight syringes, glue is dispensed first, then stone setting.
